Shipping and return policies for AEONN

Shipping Info

- Any order will be shipped within the next 2 days after the purchase.
- CDs are sent in a padded enveloppe to ensure a safe delivery.
- The european customers should expect a delivery within 4/5 working days according to the country. People outside of europe should expect a delivery within 7/10 days depending on the customs procedures.
- If you have any other question, please write a message with your name and order number at: order(a)aeonnmusic.com

In any case, I will always try to send your order as soon as I can. If the expected delivery is going to be delayed due to specific reasons, I will send you a message to let you know when you should expect your delivery.

Return Policy

Not happy with your order ? It's fine to change your mind.

Returns:

- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging. For CDs, the transparent wrapping must be unopened.
- Please include your name and adress, along with your order number when sending a return request.

Refunds:

- Once your item is received, it is inspected and you receive a notification to let you know it's arrived. If your return is approved, a refund is initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of the item you are willing to return.
- Shipping costs are non­refundable.
